When our youngest was in college, he used Kazaa. Came home once complaining his laptop had stopped working. Took it to my friend the coder, who brought it back working (but with Kazaa deleted) – and also bore news that he had removed 900 and some virii & over 1500 pieces of malware. He queried all his coder friends, and all were of the opinion that was probably the world record.
Ah yes, the days of getting dvd’s from Malaysia before the movies were even in the USA theaters. And sometimes with multiple language subtitles included! Or so I’ve been told, cough cough.

Had to look up Kazaa. I have no memory of it. I did use sites like Pirate Bay, and Napster of course.
