Last year 1.7 million gotaways came here and we don’t know who or where they are. 2.5 million other illegals joined them.

But those gotaways are the known gotaways – seen on surveillance systems but not captured. We don’t count those that we never saw. So the 1.7 million is likely a very low estimate.

And just why would a gotaway not want to be caught? Criminals, terrorists, and foreign agents would certainly be reasons. Just trying to get here is not a likely reason as when they turn themselves in, we shower them with rights and benefits.

God help us all when the gotaway puppet masters tell them it’s “go time”.

You do realize that the only effective way to stop refugees/immigrants from crossing the border is to take away any chance of bettering their lives here. Aka, make conditions on our side of the border just as bad as what they’re running from. Are you sure you want to go there?

No. The 2nd Amendment might if you learn how to use it by investing in a two or three good guns, then investing in time to learn how to use them.

We, as a country, need immigration. At my local supermarket, they have to close the deli counter early because they need the people to staff it. The wage is $15.95, starting, so we are talking about something other than a minimum wage job.

Immigration needs to be fixed, but it won’t be because Republicans want to use it to gain points with their base. Furthermore, a pluralistic society, made up of a variety of people with divergent backgrounds, is much stronger than a homogenous society of white, angry people afraid of their own shadow.

I leave you with one last thought. If a terrorist is going to come to this country, he is not going to do it, wading across the Rio Grande. They are going to come in with a Visa through an airport, like the 9/11 terrorists did. They are going to be dressed nicely and well-groomed. They won’t be lugging a baby in their arms.

They’re coming!!! To pick your oranges. To manicure your lawns. To roof your houses. Milk your cows. And so on.

Just remember that BILLIONS are spent on the Border Industrial Complex, including a 20 billion+ outlay for next year by the Biden administration. Oh, for some reason the House has not acted on it?

Umm.. Terrorist crossing the border are the least of your concerns, it’s the local idiot(s) packing guns that statistically will get you shot first.

There have been 2 major incidents of international terrorism in this country. both of which were carried out by people who entered our country legally. As is with the case of illegal drugs, terrorists won’t enter over the southern border because it is too easy to get caught.

Pretty soon terrorists will be shooting it out in the schools and malls and streets like all the other violence-addled Americans well armed by sympathetic Republican anarchists.

Right wingers project their behavior and fantasies onto the Democratic president. ’Twas a GOPer who was president when 9/11 occurred. That administration allowed torture and started two wars that cost the country too many of our youth, citizens of both countries, and trillions of dollars for nothing nada zip zilch zero… except the weapons makers.

Costs of the 20-year war on terror: $8 trillion and 900,000 deathsA report from the Costs of War project at Brown University revealed that 20 years of post-9/11 wars have cost the U.S. an estimated $8 trillion and have killed more than 900,000 people.

Most of the terrorists in the USA are born here. They tend to fly Confederate traitor flags, Nazi Flags and flags with the Orange Traitor on it. Often, with signs like God, Guns, and Orange Traitor. Ridiculous people, who want to murder their neighbors.

The last terrorist attack in the U.S. was the attempted assassination of Salman Rushdie. The attacker was a radical Muslim fundamentalist, born and raised in the U.S.

Flip Flop Democrats support open borders, then they’ll suddenly discourage open borders when they find that their own cities and neighborhoods are overran by non-American illegals.

When governors and mayors of our largest states and cities (i.e. N.Y. and Illinois, N.Y. city and Chicago) cry uncle, you know you have lost the immigration argument. They are all screaming for federal funds (more taxpayer money) to give them relief. Thanks Biden and democrats. Your open borders have made the country less safe and will cost a bloody fortune to house and feed all these people.
