I run ethanol free in my small engines and 66 bug. Better for the engine and lasts longer without stabilizer.

OK, so… ethanol needs a government subsidy now to be economical; add more ethanol, spend more subsidies, jack the price of corn up because more is being used for ethanol and less for food… this administration is genius!

Mixing ethanol with gas cuts your miles per gallon because it contains less energy. Counter productive approach to solve the problem of higher prices.

Driverless car pulled over by police but drives away from them. So they pull it over again.

Speaking of Cars (and electric cars) I see that Elon Musk has launched a bit to buy Twitter and fundamentally transform it into a platform for freedom of speech.

    Sounds good to me.

But, it seems that the Left Wing hates the idea of people being able to communicate without censorship.

These are not the Liberals I knew when I was a kid.

The only thing I want a self driving car for is to take the tedium out of long drives. Otherwise, I keep control of the car, thankyou.

I paid $1.71 to charge my EV in the last 13 months. Of course I don’t drive much being retired, but if I bought the charge, it would be at the equivalent of paying $2.14 a gallon for gas. Bought my EV used for about half the new price, So who is for paying triple for the privilege of ruining the planet?

Ethanol is good stuff! Octane without nasty chemical additives and is much less harmful when combusted. Just need to balance food production with fuel production and do it at a profit, not subsidized. Then it could be considered a sustainable energy source.

Ethanol is finance by corn subsidies. So less corn for food and feed, so food will go up. Also it has always cost more energy to make Ethonal than you make. So we will have more inflation. So who thinks this is a good idea?

Off topic, but does anybody remember the story that US border patrol “whipped” illegal immigrants? About that…

Flexible fuel vehicles (FFVs) have an internal combustion engine and are capable of operating on gasoline and any blend of gasoline and ethanol up to 83%. E85 (or flex fuel) is a gasoline-ethanol blend containing 51% to 83% ethanol, depending on geography and season.
