No you don’t. If you really wanted to quit that scourge you would start denouncing him and stop punishing your members who think for themselves. He’s the human version of meth and your teeth are rotting out and you have no conscience left
It’s crazy how the right keeps claiming the election was stolen while they are busy trying to openly rig the next election through gerrymandering and passing restrictive election laws that will benefit them.
The only reason the GOP might want rid of Dump is that he’s making them tow his mark, not their own, which is much the same. The GOP hasn’t been a party of the people for decades and only cared about getting and maintaining power for themselves and their wealthy donors. I hope that Dump will bring about the ultimate downfall of the GOP with maybe the Libertarians taking over the reigns.
Trump is the end result of the Nixonian strategy of recruiting bigots and racists in the 1970s and 1980s. as more and more of the deplorables crawled from beneath their “southern democratic” rocks and joined the G.O.P., more and more “real” republicans quit the party in disgust.
By the time Trump slithered into the party, the majority of registered republicans were also registered bigots and racists. The subsequent five years of “Donnie John” pretty well emptied the party of ALL RESPONSIBLE members, leaving the mostly empty shell of the party of Lincoln.
So what we are left with is an “empty suit” railing for hours in Congress against a bill that well over 50% of Americans support, while the democratic party works to strengthen the fibers that support the country.
Basically, what is left of the G.O.P. refuses to censure a member who openly advocates for the murder of a fellow member of their organization, and the killing of the leader of America, while trying to strip their fellow members who had the temerity to vote to HELP their fellow Americans, of their committee assignments.
The republican party demonstrates, day-after-day, exactly HOW it is no longer fit to govern.
Facebook allegedly banned Trump, but still allows people to post his statements. For example, he is crowing about a Wisconsin member of Congress pushing a resolution to overturn the 2020 election and FB is allowing Trumpers to post it.
The elephant in reality should be a donkey, because Dems are the only people with an obsession for him; as proven daily with the peanut gallery comments.
Rodgers making fun of Gay Loving. Homosexual sex is nothing to be ashamed of, what two wiling partners do in private is none of your beeswax. Just relax honey it won’t hurt…much, just breathe.
Miles Davis joke: When John Coltrane played with Davis in the ‘50s he said to Davis, "I don’t know what to do. When I solo I don’t know how to stop. What can I do?" Davis replied, “Take the f****** horn out of your mouth.”
reagan did better than Nixon using the Southern Strategy. He began his campaign in Philadelphia Ms, where 3 civil rights activists were murdered. Blatant symbolism there. He also referred to black men as “Bucks”, a racial slur, and he was endorsed by the KKK.
‘Wait a minute — that’s a crime’: Bob Woodward reveals what evidence could unravel Trump’s Jan. 6 scheme
Host Joe Scarborough pointed out that Bannon had said prior to the U.S. Capitol riot that he wanted to kill the Biden presidency in the crib, but Woodward said that may not be enough to prove intent — but he identified what might.
“That’s not nice,” Woodward said, “that’s quite potentially illegal, but the issue of intent, did they really think that they could certify Donald Trump? No, I think there’s going to be evidence that will come out that shows the goal was just to prevent Biden, and this is where you get to this statute that says, wait a minute, that’s a crime. You can’t step in and put your hammer down on a process which is in the Constitution.”
Those of us who are patriotic Americans (obviously, this leaves out the imbecile trolls such as Bare Minimum IQ and Projectosexual) love our country and cherish our democracy. We also know just how close Donald Trump and his fellow traitors came to destroying it. We also know that Donald Trump and his fellow traitors are continuing their efforts to destroy our democracy. And we’ll be damned if we let them!
Plenty of Republicans, off the record and in private, have contempt for Traitor Trump, because of his sheer raw idiocy and his numerous types of serious mental illnesses. Yet, they support Traitor Trump in public because they want to use (which is the operative term) Traitor Trump’s base for themselves in their next election.

For the relationship of Trump to today’s GOP, the metaphor of a monkey on one’s back fairly springs to mind; but perhaps that is a separate cartoon.
