Did you really expect anything else? Californian’s are weird/wonderful/original/diverse, more so than in most of the nation. And they don’t tollorate mean spirited fools.

Turns out most Californians are pretty well educated.

Can a Republican win in California. Of course. But they have to have ideas and solutions, not bumper sticker slogans. Mr. Elder chose to attack the one thing the majority of Californians agree that Gov. Newsome has done well, the pandemic response. Other than that, he had a list of grievances with no solutions offered to fix them. How do you plan to fix homelessness? What’s your solution to California’s high poverty rate? You want to lower taxes, how are you going to pay for the things you want to fix?

Republicans don’t bring anything to the table other than grievance. Democrats offer solutions. You may not like them, but at least they are offering a plan. When Republicans do the same, then maybe we can make things better in this country.

Interesting facts: Elder is a misogynist just like Lester. A few years back, Elder’s defense against a claim of sexual harassment was to claim that she was too ugly to harass.

I had to laugh at the suggestion from some Republican apologists that the white woman wearing a gorilla mask at Elder’s rally was using a racist trope. Sometimes a Halloween mask is just a Halloween mask.

Gotta feel for those poor members of the Republican Party of Trump.

Jealous that the People of California told the treasonous, corrupt RepublFascists that tried to recall a popular Governor where they could shove their ridiculous, unqualified candidates, Lester the Jester?

Great Mike, don’t focus on the fact that the recall was defeated by 15% of the electorate. Or that Larry Elder claimed that the voting was fraudulent BEFORE THE VOTES WERE CAST.

I am glad that Newsom survived his recall, but I can’t help but wonder how many Californians voted for him in the recall because they thought the recall was a waste of time and tax money and that Newsom should be able to serve what remains of his term. I am also glad that Elder conceded the election. Time will tell if Elder (or Caitlin Jenner) will run against Newsom when he’s up for reelection.

That woman should have been arrested!
