    July 26 th 1990 POTUS George H.W. Bush signed into law American Disabilities Act. This by law insures that Service & therapy dogs have accessibility to all public places. 20 pound or less dogs do not require paperwork. Larger dogs require paperwork. Lead, follow or get out of the way, no victim here!

    Now worries – many years in the future (around 40+) some people will say that the pet is their therapy animal when it is actually not a designated service animal.
