This is me to a T, lol.

I have to stay up to !:30 in the morning, that’s when GoComics posts their daily strips.(East Coast USA time)

I always considered myself a night owl, but I think I am part bat too.

I get up at 0200 every day….

I don’t know what that little pink blob is supposed to be but it’s quite annoying. I recall it showed up in the strip about anxiety, too. The spirit of self-doubt, perhaps.

This is my daughter to a T and the exact inverse of me. We are both creative and love the quiet, stillness of the very late/very early hours.

I get bored, sleep early, start over early

Some people just don’t understand.

instead of being judgmental, we should be curious. “you’re just waking up at 12.30, do you work the 3rd shift somewhere?”

When I was depressed, much more than I am now, I used to sleep until very late and felt guilty all of the time because people judged instead of trying to help.

I’m a bat forced to live on a daytime schedule

I totally get it little bat. I woke up yesterday afternoon a little after 2:00 PM. It’s currently 04:34 AM and I haven’t even tried to go to sleep yet. I was born with an upside down body clock.
