What an amazing lack of awareness!

Another pathetic mlester attempt.

Lester, Kaepernick was advised by a U.S. Special Forces Soldier to take a knee during our National Anthem rather than sit in protest. Taking a knee is the most respectful form of protest I have ever seen. We take a knee to our GOD and take a knee to our fallen heroes.

Either a complete idiot would object to taking a knee, or an enemy of the U.S.

Wearing a mask actually provides a tangible benefit to your country. Standing is symbolic at most, even if you think kneeling is unpatriotic. Just put on the mask.

Many have said before. You swear an oath to the constitution, not the flag. In the constitution it says you can protest, no where does it say you must respect the flag.

There is an American Flag Code that addresses the do’s and do not’s of the American Flag. It is guidelines and not law. What the code says in so many words is, the flag should only be used as a flag. Not to be worn, printed on disposable items, used in advertising. Trump and his supporters break these guidelines everyday. They then have the nerve to criticize others for kneeling during the anthem.

The worst case of flag disrespect, was when I seen an American flag with trump’s image printed on it. The second is a Jet’s fan wearing an “I stand for the flag” t- shirt, while sitting on the flag. Oh, what irony.

Quite an ignorant cartoon. In no sane world does anyone think kneeling during the national anthem is remotely close to as bad an offense against the country as failing to wear a mask during a pandemic.

Nobody is going to die if anyone takes a knee to raise awareness of systemic racism!

Your false equivalency propagates an attitude that is literally deadly!

Lester again manages to combine TWO lies into one cartoon.

Wearing a mask has nothing to do with patriotism. It’s a matter of public health.

If you DON’T take a knee during the National Anthem, you probably hate America!

Real patriotism is not about “making deals”!

Why are you tying the two issues together? Mask wearing is about health, kneeling is about people not being killed by police.

How many times has the right tried to make mask wearing “political”? It isn’t patriotism. It’s a medical necessity.

The rest of the world is shaking it’s collective heads. At least those that aren’t laughing at us.
