Finally!

That is going to require an inhaler.

With a neck that small, his trachea would be no wider than a needle. That might be the problem.

“Fine. But, I really need something for my anger management issues.”

Doc can prescribe it but he can’t force him to use it.

It only wheezes when it is damaged. He wears an implanted version of an iron lung.

Does he know how many obscene phone calls Darth Vader had to make before he perfected that heavy breathing technique?

From an episode of The Odd Couple: I’m reminded of Felix Unger (Tony Randall) inadvertently insulting Howard Cosell by offering the use of his inhalator to clear his sinuses and cure his nasal twang.

Someone needs to give him a neck transplant; then maybe he’d get more air into his lungs!

All it would take is a couple of strokes of a Sharpie!!
