I guess now that we live in bizaro world, where the most unqualified person in the history of American politics has a parasitic hold on the white house, any level of qualification automatically equals “unqualified”.
Campaigning years before an election is grating on people’s nerves. It shows how desperate some wannabes are….not to mention the “fake one” never stopped campaigning! SICKENING
Buttigieg is highly qualified – when you ask rich neoliberals. When you ask billionaires. When you ask criminal corporations, like McKinsey. When you ask the insurance companies. When you ask the proponents of forever war. When you ask those who want to burn the world.
I’ll stick to my considered opinion that he’s not so much unqualified, as “anti-qualified”; he’d probably do an excellent job of making things worse.
(McKinsey: “They worked with Enron before their collapse and advised nearly every major bank on Wall Street in favor of the dangerous practices which crashed the economy in 2008. More than one of their executives has been convicted of major crimes.”)
When I see it printed I keep saying “butt gieg.” I also like to make things up, like “rump goof” and “fanny google.” Not the British fanny, that’s something entirely different.
Yes, please list ALL of The Treasonweasel’s “Qualifications” to be precident… starting with ALL his years in public service in elected office… I’ll wait.
He is the least politically experienced of the major candidates, that is fact, not opinion. However, he’s also one of, if not the brightest (highest IQ) candidate. What this means is, if elected, Pete will encounter an extremely sharp learning curve and, just like Obama who only had slightly more experience, Pete will make mistakes that a person with more experience would not. Because of this my ideal ticket has Pete in the VP slot.
Mayor Pete’s not doing really well with the job he has. Not too badly either. And he’s not polling well w/ blacks, probably partly for that reason. I ’druther have someone with experience in the House or Senate, myself.

Given a few recently approved judicial appointments, “unqualified” should move a candidate to the front of the pack! /s

Last time I checked the only qualifications are age, residency and citizenship.

Trump is unqualified, therefore we can’t question Buttigieg’s qualifications, said no logician ever.

The Republiklans think this sort of conversation is some sort of “Victory”.
Mostly because they enjoy being obnoxious.
