It IS true that the nose continues to grow throughout life.
As I recall in chapter 4 of Xavier Hollander’s book ‘The Happy Hooker’ she reveals the ‘tell’ of a man with a big nose.
This comic is not believable. Nose and ears continue to grow throughout our lives. At 237 his ears should be bigger than his body.
Two things that never stop growing are the nose and the ears so the old man should have ears down to his shoulders.
