I’m hoping this situation plays out differently than what happened in the book.

    There’ll always be an England

    And England shall be free

If England means as much to you

    As England means to me

Caught in a political vise between growing diversity and anti-democratic, politicized, fear of the unknown.

One of the best cartoons I’ve ever seen. Here, May is simply a representation of all the people who voted for Brexit. It ain’t gonna be fun.

The Kool-Aid propaganda was marketed by Cambridge Analytica. Who profited from Brexit, the divide and conquer of the European Union. It was just a product they sold to Putin and no accountability. Ain’t Capitalism great….

In the warped, looking-glass world of Brexit negotiations, a disaster is a triumph and a victory a failure. The negotiators are on the verge of a breakthrough because, wait for it, the EU may be willing to “offer” that they can stay in what amounts to the customs union for the foreseeable future. It is fair to say that Theresa May’s announcement that the government is proposing to hold a Festival of Brexit Britain in 2022 hasn’t been universally well received.

Alice laughed: “There’s no use trying,” she said; “one can’t believe impossible things.”

“I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” – Alice in Wonderland

There are NO do-overs in political decisions! Now, if you will excuse us, Brett Kavanaugh and I are going to drink a few beer-and-shots to celebrate Prohibition being eternal…..

The key to success is too far away and the exit of shame is too small.
