If “Greatness” is what TRUMP wants, legal discrimination against minorities, women, gays, and others, a censored press that ONLY prints what HE wants it to print, and a small group of the VERY RICH telling everyone else what to do, and what to think, then Cuomo IS RIGHT!!
The US was a good to almost great country. But, it never was “the greatest country in the world”. They have too many guns, too many people without healthcare, and too many people in jail. They have people in power who are just greedy, and people in power who want to rule with their religion. The Rump is making a big mess of the US and the rest of the world.
America has a great tradition of pushing people off of the land upon which they lived, making treaties to formalize their atrocious ethnocentric acts, only to give them new land to be taken away again in the name of Manifest Destiny. It appears that Trump wants to return to those policies. He’s systematically targeting Latinos, Blacks, Muslims, Native Indigenous Peoples, scientists, intellectuals, & Democrats.It’s confounding to comprehend how his power base (comprised largely of lower class whites and wealthy closet bigots) remains solidly allied, especially when the former should know that he’ll cast them aside once they outlived their purpose. Then again, as long as he wears that truckstop “Make Amerikka Greedy Again” cap, they think he’s one of them.Most importantly, those of us who are aware of how Russia helped arrange his election, must do all we can to convince like-minded patriotic Americans of the need to vote, lest we lose that freedom to Trump, Pence and the do-nothing Republicans who could care less if this country is conquered from within. VOTE!
