Lisa forgets that there are other factors than collusion that needs to be investigated. The Rump just made things worse by attempting to obstruct the investigation, which is in itself illegal.

This wall is actually the impenetrable fortress of Republican stupidity ~ it has resisted truth, reason and common sense for decades. No amount of evidence of Russian collusion is going to bring it down. A tenth of the evidence available now would have been sufficient to bring down a democratic president ~ but Trump is safe behind this wall. Great cartoon Lisa.

I’m not so sure. Even Cohen’s lawyer said he could be indicted within the next couple of weeks. Does anyone really think he won’t throw The Rump under the bus to save himself?

Funny thing is this cartoon doesn’t even hint at the truth which is that Mueller’s dogged and thorough investigation has brought several indictments, confessions and has revealed more and more of the truths that has The Big Orange Clown acting increasingly scared and unstable. Best of all it is all arriving on his doorstep now.

    stonewall (v) :

To impede an investigation by refusing to reveal information; to cover up.

President Nixon and his men talked a lot about stonewalling. John Dean told Nixon on March 13, 1973: “Strachan is as tough as nails. He can go in and stonewall and say, ‘I don’t know anything about what you’re talking about.’”

Nixon himself told his chief aides on March 22, 1973, referring to forty coming hearings of the Senate Watergate committee: “I don”t give a $hit what happens. I want you all to stonewall it, let them plead the Fifth Amendment, cover-up, or anything else, if it’ll save it—save the whole plan. That’s the whole point.”

Richard Nixon letter to Donald Trump – December 21, 1987:

    Dear Donald,

I did not see the program, but Mrs. Nixon told me that you were great on the Donahue Show.

As you can imagine, she is an expert on politics and she predicts that whenever you decide to run for office you will be a winner !

    With warm regards,

    Sincerely,

    RN

I wonder if Lisa will hold up Trump to her grandchildren, as an example of a model Republican president?

It is still baffling that any woman could actually support Trump. Any thoughts about that, Lisa?

Republicans sold out America to the Russians and are sticking their heads in the sand about it. The Blue Tsunami will fix that for ya.

When the DNC sued the regressives for $1 million a few days after the Watergate burglary, the regressives laughed. But this was one of the ways the truth came out, and the nation was better for it. It took two years for the system to work, but it did. The wheels of justice, as they say, grind exceedingly fine.

The prior DNC suit set the stage. The legal process was put in motion. Witnesses compelled to testify under oath. Drip, drip, drip. This contemporary lawsuit has a different fact pattern, but shares some similarities.

Oh, and the prior suit was settled on the VERY DAY Nixon resigned for $750,000, or 75% of the ask. So Lisa is wrong on two counts. This DNC lawsuit is likely to prevail AND the Mueller investigation is likely to prevail. We are now at about two years from the original treasonous behaviors and subsequent obstruction….

GOP talking points stick to “No Collusion”. What about the other potential crimes under investigation. I guess everything else is ok.

Even after Trump is arrested, tried, convicted, and imprisoned for collusion, his loyal toadies will still be claiming “no collusion.”

Lisa and the other Trump Disciples continue to claim that there’s ‘nothing’ to investigate.

    ‘Nothing.’

Given what they know about Trump’s likelihood of telling the truth about everything, why are they worried in the slightest about any investigation?

Pop quiz. Name the federal criminal statute that makes “collusion” a crime.

Before I forget, the DNC lawsuit is pretty darned funny. I can’t wait for the reaction when Russia and Wikileaks respond with their discovery process requirements.

Crying “No Collusion” is a nice distraction for Lisa and her fellow travelers! Perhaps she should, instead, be considering “Conspiracy to interfere with America’s election process!” { Yeah, we all know that Kushner met with Russians in Trump Tower to discuss international adoption procedures! ]

Collusion is just one of the many crimes crooked Trump is charged with.

I don’t care which of his many crimes get him impeached.

Nice wishful thinking! You should re-run this one after all the indictments are handed down.
