Mercer hired Trump to destroy the IRS because he owes 5 billion in taxes.

Republican tax avoidance is turning America into Greece.

I feel like, if I died and left a $2 billion estate, my wife and two kids would do very well to inherit $333 million each. The other $1 billion could go to the improvement of the country.

I do rather understand that the Rich want to keep everything “in the family”. I mean, they didn’t get to multi-buzillionaires by being charitable.

But what completely baffles me is how some regular guy with a five-figure income supports repealing the inheritance tax.

Dave Ferro, perhaps you could enlighten me? Or perhaps you’re among the 1%? Or, let’s assume you are. Tell me why the inheritance tax is such a bad idea.

Rich people need to get off their high horse with this taxation sh*t. If I have to pay 35% tax on lottery winnings then someone who inherits a sizable sum should also pay that 35% as well. Just because their parents paid taxes on that wealth doesn’t mean they should not pay taxes for inheriting that wealth.

Wow! Who knew death was a millionaire? I never would have guessed there was that much money in soul reaping.

Wait, did the Republicans privatize death?

I’m with Dave Ferro here. We must get rid of the inheritance tax. How else would we be able to develop a decent class society in America?
