I see no indication that Gil saved Marty’s job. Marty had been suspended, not fired.

As I said at the start of this story, when I was in Spain, I was called by the Spanish equivalent of my first name. I didn’t feel insulted then and I wouldn’t now. Marty should respond, “Adios, Gilberto!”

Looks like Marti is getting ready to grope Gil, which will culminate in July when Gils children Jaymie and Keri dress like Scobby and Shaggy and broadcast the girls swim meets from the local waterpark!

GilPa and Moonpie have 2 things in common. They can pick a nose and scuff up a floor. Think Marty is having a “Zoinks” moment in P3?

Gil comes off as an even bigger jerk than Marty, if that’s possible. At least this nonsense is finally over with.

I tell you, this was a long and painful journey. But it was all worth it to have that excellent, clever, devastating final burn by Gil in P3!
