Reminds a bit of my years as a custodian at a rather exclusive private middle school. The very nastiest graffiti was to be found in the girls’ washrooms. Boys eventually beat the cr@p out of each other, girls OTOH go for the throat emotionally but seldom face-to-face.
The bully only understands the use of force. Report the bully and the bullying. Document it. Prepare to sue the adults and institution if they do nothing. And don’t be afraid to physically confront the bully in the sam manner you are being bullied. I had to take a week’s suspension for taking down a bully in middle school who spread untrue rumors and was also physically abusive. After his recovery and return to school he and his gang kept away from me and my friends, even into high school.
Bullies like lions count on the fear of the heard. But bullies, unlike lions are not in it for the fight. Turn the charge….and run right into the target.

The best way to stop a rumor is to confirm it. Blow it out of proportion to absurdity.
