Steve Bannon and Breitbart on CA’s board of directors, Trump’s national security adviser (the irony!) a major client of CA. Republican political action committees spending millions for CA services. Russians using CA to subvert democratic elections – - – and yes, another billionaire traitor, Zuckerberg this time, selling out his own people because he needed more money.

Cambridge Analytical has just been raided by the police. Facebook slipped up, but Cambridge Analytical took it a step too far by invading the “friends” of the people who took those tests.

This is a stupid show… or a show for stupid people. They just used information that was (and is) publicly available because the user put it there. And they used it for political propaganda, just like the politicians do. In fact, they did it for the politicians. They were paid by the campaigns. They did exactly what politicians did and do all the time. This is not about Facebook’s lack of security, they have none and you should know it, the information is there because you put it there in the open hoping against all rationality that it will remain private. This is not about data analysts exploring your fears and using them to control your vote, that’s what politicians did and do every time they open their mouths. This is not about one party or the other, there was another company doing it that we don’t now about yet, maybe more than one. This is about not understanding that the real problem is the political system is ran nowadays. It’s a cesspool everywhere you look at it. This is a diversion, and it’s working. People crying out loud to politicians for a regulation. THINK!!! Those politicians created all the problem. Without their corruption, there’s no Cambridge Analytical. Who’s the hypocrite here?

James Wolfenstein, in case you hadn’t noticed America has some 300 million people and some of them are vulnerable trusting and – gasp! – naive souls that are optimistic and try and think positive thoughts about our country and those who represent us. Heck, I bet some of us aren’t particularlly smart. Unless it’s o.k. to completely abandon our responsibility to help our sisters and brothers who may not even be capable of defending themselves, you have no point. Or maybe you have no heart. Either way, victim blaming is a vile practice and you should be ashamed. Even some animals protect their young and old.

I am surprised. Mr. Ramirez, Facebook got your idol Trump into office and now you are upset by that? I think it is fake outrage.

And that thing that Zuckerberg tripped over? Should be labeled “HUBRIS”. And I DON"T mean the cartoon.

Should we send someone to Ramirez’s house to do a “wellness check”? ~ His last three cartoons have seemed both reasonable AND accurate!!! What gives?
