Yep, you see, right-wing populists, life is generally about a question of degree. Being able to actually understand that fact is a sign of intelligence.
Trump is actually in office right now – if you think he can do whatever he wants because Obama did something you don’t like, you are going to LOVE his new budget bill.
Trump has spoken with Turkey’s Erdogan – he even reached out to shake his hand. Trump tried to broker a Trump-Rouhani discussion, but Rouhani said no, and mocked Trump for failing to kill off the Iran nuclear deal despite his promises to do so. Castro is dead, so we don’t know how he would have dealt with him as a “leader” – how about we deal with what is actually going on?
Putin has compromising information on Trump and he was warned not to congratulate Putin. Now he is infuriated that it was leaked that he had been directly instructed by his National Security Advisers in briefing materials not to congratulate Putin on his recent election victory during their call. The leak comes as McMaster is fired, after Tillerson was fired and the White House pretends this is normal.
Plus Obama gave Iran $200 Billion.Guess how much Russian military hardware they bought from Russia with it?Start with S-300 anti aircraft missile systems with a range of 250 miles.
Comics, even political comics, are supposed to contain an element of wit. I’m so tired of summers witless one way vision. He strains to overlook the literal elephant in the room (russian nerve gas poisonings, election interference, trump encouraged hacking by russian trolls, russian Facebook manipulation campaign, ETCETCETC) to make some lame weak point to discredit private citizen Obama or other Dems. Boring & oh so stale. I’m really tired of ALL things Summers; his political bias cones thru all his work. He’s a one trick pony that’s grown long in the tooth. Let him live out his days on some remote ranch & bring in some one with a more balanced objective who looks at BOTH SIDES of relevant issues. Is there another paper that features 3 THREE separate columns by one ’cartoonist? And must everyone look like some big nosed slob? No more Dana Summers for me.
Question: Did any of those three make a valiant (possibly successful) attempt to sabotage our elections, and undermine our democracy? Answer tomorrow? Probably not

There’s a huge difference between acting polite and diplomatic, and acting like a slobbering teenage girl with her hero/boyfriend/pimp

Interesting that Summers includes Erdogan among those he associates with Obama, considering that Trump himself has been fawning over Erdogan.
