I wonder who it will be sitting on Putin’s shoulder when he’s dead?

I suspect Putin doesn’t “manipulate” that much; ‘vote for me or you’re dead’ is a wonderful party platform meme.

Ironically Rogers offers an unexpected image of hope in this cartoon, we might be alright if Soviet dictators keep on shrinking in size. One decent president from now and a continued concerted effort on the part of western democracies with sanctions, stopping criminal oligarchs, and revealing Putin’s own incompetence and criminality might put a permanent stop to Putin’s efforts to damage the West.

US Presidential elections are complicated and nasty. The Republicans manipulate and defraud their own voters. Keep America great!

Any system that actually allows humans to be in charge is going to be complicated and nasty, because when people want their own way they can be nasty, and the manipulations they come up with do indeed get pretty complicated. A variation on the theme that Democracy is the worst system of government except for all the others.

It’s almost amusing how a small country like Russia is manipulating America.

    Thanks Republicans!
