I believe that there are 2 standard sources for the current administration’s cabinet appointees: cable TV and the Internet. The idea is to type in “Who hates X more than anybody else?” and then appoint whoever turns up as Secretary of X.
Betsy DeVos has never said she was an expert at anything, just that she has a mission, the same mission of many others like her to privatize our country and the world. Schools to be all private and some of them even govt funded! So she isn’t dumb, she is just the right person to destroy yet another govt organization. In Trump’s govt. All part of the plan to turn our nation into a larger version of what Chilé is today.
