Jabs between Trump and Rep Maxine Waters aren’t new. Trump’s latest comments are a reminder of how often he will go out of his way to personally attack the black women who challenge him. This is what a con man does. He diverts attention from himself by attacking others. So he made racist remarks about Maxine Waters, she is on the front lines not talking about harming anybody but talking about impeachment. Trump should not be representing our country, he creates controversy, he cannot get along with members of Congress, and she is going to continue her efforts to impeach him.
Let’s not get so upset. We’ve got a strong Nation. We will survive and thrive when this Presidential disaster is only a dark page in our history. We will become respected around the World again. I’m counting on it.
Thing is I don’t even think Trump is racist… He just knows how to rile up his base which is highly racist. Nah he’s not racist… cuz he doesn’t give a fk about anybody… equally. Only thing he cares about is his ego and his money. This is far worse though… because he has no problems empowering and catering to racists if it gets him what he wants. And when I say his base.. Im not talking about Republicans… Im talking about the racists that have hijacked their party. Sadly most of them, just like Trump, are willing to allow this bullsht, as long as it gets them what they want… with no regard for the damage that it causes to minorities and the country.
I saw a wonderful video of Water’s trying to get a direct answer from Mnuchin. She was masterful, focused, and had him pinned to the wall. If Waters and Trump ever squared off, Trump would not be toast: he would be a crumb.
