The total number of trade agreements that would have stopped modern technology’s vast change of the world economy in its tracks is, of course, zero. As for D_Legendary1’s massive ignorance: until a former Democrat like Trump decided a current Democrat like Obama was getting too many laughs at his expense, and decided to switch over to Republican to run for prez.
