At home when a sentence starts with “We” it means: I tell you, and you do it!

The royal “we” can be annoying at times. I am not a “we” most of the time.
Sounds just like my last doctor’s appointment.
By that did you mean “last doctor’s (pause) appointment” or " last (pause) doctor’s appointment?"
