GREAT idea! Moon will have competition and come football season, another station can sit in the plywood press box with him, yelling, “Carriba! We got the Mexican restaurant account!!”

…and won’t the students have to be registered with the FCC? “Argh! I see a ‘pirate station’ on the horizon!”

‘Broad’ hints. Isn’t that sexist and not “PC” either? Will Gil himself now be the recipient of a protest movement? For the answer to these and other questions tune in again tomorrow! Same Gil time! Same Gil station.

I bet Gil dropped a few other broad hints, like how Mimi often stays late at work, and he has very interesting art work in his pool cabana you should see it some time.

P1, Sounds like you should cosy up to ESPN. At the rate they’re getting rid of people you should be able to get a good deal so they can fill some airtime.

P2, But it might as well, being the only radio station in town.

P3, I’m thinking the kids will broadcast the games over the internet but then I remember this is Milford, so ham radio it is. Now if they could beat WDIG to that Mexican restaurant contract they might just have something.

In all reality , AV boy says there’s this new thing called cable TV coming to Milford and it will have public access TV and teach local people how to broadcast local events. Why can’t we broadcast Milford sporting events ?

Instead of trying to compete with Moon, these dummies should organize a school walkout to protest, it’d be a lot less work and you get out of classes

Now I know Duncan Levin & Let Die’s role in this travesty. He’s the AV guy, ala Neil Goldman, Katrina Hartley is Connie D’Amico, Sportscaster and PP plays the sales rep. role getting the Mexican Restaurant account for newly formed Mudlark Nation Communications.

You can’t just broadcast on the AM/FM dial, so I assume a streaming podcast?

Of course, I’ve never heard of high school sports being broadcast on the AM/FM dial in the first place.

P-1: Coed embarrassed to appear because she only inserted one falsey this morning

P-2: Close up for Gil showing how well his State Champion Coaching Nasal Hair Trimmer works

P-3: Compete with Marty? Where are we going to get that much liquor?

Love the slack-jawed look in p3. That kid is truly stunned by the idea of competing with Marty.

You know people are acting like jerks when they make Marty Moon look sympathetic.

Can’t we just start baseball season? Please?

I hope they skip right to their first broadcast because I can’t wait for lunk-head Marty Moon to get his comeuppance.

A few high schools that I know of have low wattage radio stations the student journalists use to air student produced programming; including basketball and football games.
