Used to teach at a community college. Always told the students that the end of semester euphoria was not restricted to their side of the desk.
This was great, as was the sidebar, even though I had to stand on my head to read it (Not to the latter).

IE, Going to bed before a work day, etc, etc…
As for the sidebar, if you don’t know what your doing, how will you know when you’re done?
