Got a laser pointer to entertain neighbors’ (two) cats when they come into my yard. Both ignored it. One neighbor’s dog, however, chases the spot all over his yard when I shine it through gaps in the fence, while another neighbor’s dog doesn’t notice it. Conclusion – some cats are color blind, some dogs are not.
