One place I lived a neighbor put sandbags across his driveway, but not along his yard, which was at the same level. The storm water had enough sense to go around the bags.
He’s sandbagging it.
Around the whole house? Do you know how much work that would be?
And here I was thinking that he was only worried about himself. He is stuck in his own little world.
When he sits around the house, he sits AROUND the house.
