Why? I’ve heard they don’t even keep god time.
I’ve had the same Timex for approximately 40 years. It requires a new battery every five years. And it keeps perfect time!!
My friend has one and I think they are ugly.
My watch is synced with the Bureau of Standards atomic clock the same as your smartphone or pad is and I don’t have to keep reaching into my pocket to find out if I’m late for an appointment.
