The last time we saw a Cyberman mask Sam was chasing the trick or treaters who had run amok after receiving healthy “treats” from Ellie. My theory is that Sam secured the mask in retaliation for the raiding of his fridge and accosting of sweet Sedine. Roy owes Sam…big time.

I know Michaela is believing Roy’s lies…, but I can’t help but fear that Roy is believing them, too.
