Idiots always talk about the “tax and spend” liberals. Seems like the cons only know how to “spend”. At least the Dems know that things have to be paid for.

Tax breaks for the one per cent is going to break us.

Um, are we counting military spending as “spending”?

This cartoon is about the complete opposite of what reality is.

Essentially the exact opposite of what is happening. The GOP spends more than the Democrats but only on the military and tax breaks for corporations. The supposed job gain from all this is swamped by the debt. Everyone else gets either nothing (except cut services) or a pittance that will go away after five years – while corporate tax breaks are permanent.

this tax cut puts a 1.5 trillion dollar hole in the deficit. So yea.

How dare they waste our money on frivolous things like food, highways and national security?!

I wonder what would happen if congress had to prove that every bill adds measurable value before it could be voted on … like we have to do at the places where we work?
