More interesting than the fact that Alabama republicans just barely failed to elect an accused (by a very credible accuser, even the Alabama governor said she believed the allegations) pedophile, was the fact that Moore () was kicked out of the Alabama Supreme Court for violating the U.S. Constitution – and this was done by his fellow republicans. And even THIS was not enough for the local nor national republican party NOR the American ‘president’ to reject him! And even the few republicans who exhibited a trace of ethics and moral integrity in rejecting Moore, did so, not for his documented stance of totally ignoring the rule of law, but because at least for those few, the accusation of child molestation as “the bridge too far!”

The Congressional republicans, as well as the Republican National Committee have just put on a VERY CLEAR demonstration that their overriding philosophy is now “Whatever it takes!” and that the G.O.P. is the “Law & Order” party only by serving as a terrible example! The American ‘president’ has ALREADY proven himself a criminal and continues to do so to this day, THAT is hardly a new allegation and so we can ignore him, for the moment.
