A technicality. Spaghetti dates back to at least 5AD. RBION must be referring spaghetti when it has meatballs in it.
Isn’t there a set date for Hanukkah, it’s just set in the Hebrew calendar, not the Gregorian?
The date of Hanukkah is fixed as starting on the 25th day of Tishlev. It just happens to move around compared to the Gregorian Calendar.

Easter is also based (somewhat) on the lunar calendar.
In 325CE the Council of Nicaea established that Easter would be held on the first Sunday after the first full moon occurring on or after the vernal equinox.
Still more set with respect to the Gregorian calendar than Ramadan is.
