Now if there was only a way to make Congress understand that once they have given the elite greedy bustards at the top of the social and financial strata all of our money, they will be like rats deserting a sinking ship and we will be left holding the deficit bag.

It’s certainly not the faults of all the CEOs – as the cartoon so perfectly points out, we never ever give them enough! We need to try harder, people.
