A friend pointed out to me crack users, mostly black and poor, are treated like criminals, but opioid addicts, mostly white and well off, are treated like victims.
Over 90% of opioid victims started on prescribed medicines pushed by “big pharma”. The Second Amendment, as noted by Scalia presents a DUTY of the government to regulate firearms if you take them out of your house where your “right” of possession resides. BTW; guns do NOT kill people, it is the bullets, and the more you can load into a rifle (especially) at one time, the more people you can kill quickly, as opposed to a knife, or a motor vehicle (which IS highly regulated for possession and PRIVILEGE to use).
Also, with opioids at least the person has to do it to themselves, and not get polished off by a guy in a hotel room 14 floors up and half a mile away!!

And the people who are providing your choice of bullets or opioids are about to get a tax cut on the money they make from American deaths.

Hmmm, I wonder what the overlap between gun nuts and opioid addicts is.

Remember that many opioid addicts are truly victims. The same cannot be said for gun nuts!

Now, that’s sad.
