Maybe she doesn’t have four kids and a dog to watch over like Marcy

Our state requires 15 hours of approved continuing education every year for license renewal.

Cool. I’m a first year nursing student and while doing clinical’s I ended up having a school nurse and a retired EMT technician as a patient. Both of them would tell me lost of stories of of their experiences of what they’ve seen and done. They even gave me lots of advice for my own journey. It was really comforting cause I was already a nervous wreck from having to deal with my first patient. Though they were both great patients and real patient with me too. I wonder how Marcy’s experience of having a nurse as a patient will be. Will it be like mine or will this patient be the patient from hell and note all the things she’s doing wrong. She doesn’t look like the type but hey we don’t know her yet so who knows.

Continuing Education Units help you keep abreast of the current technology and research.

It is sometimes disconcerting to learn that the way they taught you to do CPR last time is now considered the wrong way. (No more breaths after every 15 compressions.)
