Today is going to be clear with temp about 40 in the afternoon.
Not planing to go out as most of the family will be coming here. I think at last count there were going to be thirteen of us for diner, but that could change at any moment.

Thirteen at the table huh, my maternal grandmother would not sit at a table if she was going to make the thirteenth. She had lots of superstitions, if you wanted some excitement open an umbrella in her house. DUCK!!
It’s a long time to dinner, but, worth it. Blessings to all.
I like woodworker’s last sentence, and “second it.” I am gratefuly that my injury is continuing to heal, and I hope to be symptom free by the end of the month. Yesterday’s swimming pool work was accompained by some lively music, as there was a water aerobics class in an adjacent pool…Go Go, Go Johnny Go! (Chuck Berry?).
I second Florchi’s sentiment about Arthur’s comment. We plan on a very quiet day.
Today’s forecast is for 69 and it’s below 40 at the moment. Michael has been out for a walk in the brisk air, and now we’re enjoying some hot cocoa to warm him up.
We had a high of 58 yesterday! Supposed to be 61 today! LOVE it! I took a longer walk yesterday because it was so beautiful. Lots of birds swooping and singing. Lovely!
I am thankful for so many things. Especially for family and all the people who touch our lives. And, today, we’ll be able to FaceTime the whole family. (remember the scene in the movie “2001, A Space Odyssey” where this character arrives at the moon base and phones home via a video phone? Well, each time we use FaceTime I’m reminded of that!)

Ok, my first comment wouldn’t take but my second one did. It is a beautiful day here with Temps in the 70s. Supposed to be warm all weekend.
They came, they ate, and have gone home. Ahh the quiet.
