I used to work cashier at a thrift store, and the registers were right beside the doors leading in and out of the store, and it’d get pretty cold in the winter with the draft constantly getting in, so I learned where the heat vent on my register’s computer screen was so that I could put my hand over the warm air that came out…kept them from freezing. So Skip’s methods have some validity to them.
