Huh. For me, it’s my stomach that decides this. I normally like eating at home away from ugh…humans…but if I’m hungry enough, or if it’s empty enough, I’ll stay. Pretty rare, though.
Notice that the vendor’s selling “Fresh” “Food”. Both in quotes as a disclaimer. Some of the food kiosks I’ve been to should do this.
