Our is closing. Went in yesterday. That was the most people I’d ever seen in there for some time (maybe 15 people). It was pretty bleak in there. There was one empty room that stood out because there was just some worker sitting in there at an empty desk.
If they hadn’t cheapened their products and cut back on service, they might still be in business. Kenmore used to be the best appliances, until they started using plastic junk from China. My mom still has her 40 year old washing machine; my new one lasted 4 years.

For a long time, I saved the last Christmas catalog they put out. Finally got rid of it after moving a couple of times.
