The underlying problem with Florida:
People move here and do not know history even 4 years back.
They live here a while, go broke or get transferred or die, and more newcomers vote not knowing what is going on.
Outside interests introduced several ammendments to the State Constitution, and judges have struck down about 3 of them.
Plus we have a choice of crooks at every level.

Speaking of which the State of Florida called their anti-gay adoption ban unconstitutional. D.A.D.T. was declared unconstitutional.
