(As I out myself as an old-school Whovian…) Nice Tom Baker scarf – who (no pun intended) was one of the first to tease the fans with the idea – way back in the 1970’s – that the Doctor could regenerate into a woman. I also recall a Comedy Relief special from 1999 (the Curse of Fatal Death) that ended with Joanna Lumley as the Doctor – which would have been…Absolutely Fabulous…(ducking now).
Hey, it worked for Missy/The Master, and “The Corsair”, so why not a female Doctor? The Doctor has always been more of a “Cerebral” hero, thinking his way out of a sticky situation rather then a “Physical” action hero type, so I can’t wait to see how it works out! Just keep away from Captain Jack, though…
Conservatives don’t take much to get triggered. They get upset when no one else is upset with what they are doing. They do need their safe space when things don’t go exactly as they want – which is white and male, because they are mentally fragile and sexually frustrated. They get so emotional it is pathetic.
I’m down with it. Anyone complaining says more about themselves than about the show. For God’s sake, it’s a TV show about a body-changing alien. God only knows what would have happened if they had put in a black person. Say, Obama’s available, though admittedly not British…

I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this character. …Well, maybe his real-life counterpart, yeah. But Bors perfectly captures their desperate “any response on your part, including ignoring me, translates to victory for me!!” arglebargle.
