The man obviously needs help and won’t get it because one party is exploiting his position and the other is just watching him fail … a broken dysfunctional system based on apathy and disrespect.
Pedantic side note: That “so help me God” isn’t part of the official oath of office as specified in Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution, a completely godless document.
I Donald J Trump, do frivolously swear that I will carelessly execute the office of president of the united states, and will to the best of my ability, abandon, destroy and harm the constitution of the united states so help me money.
Generic question here: When did “middle class” get redefined as “cannot afford both house and children, has medical insurance but copay is high enough to prevent usage save in extremis”?
It’s been slow, but that’s apparently the working definition of “middle class” now.
not being believed is part of what got him elected. those who wanted him believed the parts they liked, disbelieved the parts they disliked. same with Hillary supporters. difference being so many of them didn’t bother to vote where it mattered.
We had a candidate whose primary message was to help the Middle Class and reduce income inequality. The Democrats did everything they could to destroy him, so we wound up with Trump.

We should make candidates pass a test on the Constitution before they can run.

Once again: It AIN’T just Trump.
Republicans have steadily moved the country in the direction of wealth INequality for several decades.
.
Dems have hindered this process infrequently.
