Using Rory’s logic, the speed limit would be no more than 10 miles an hour, because that’s the lowest for shopping malls etc. Everybody would be bombing along the highway at 10 mph.
Speed does not kill. Unintelligent use of speed kills. If drivers were properly trained, taught to be responsible as children, it wouldn’t matter.
