Has anyone else noticed that Obama never took a vacation to Chicago?His home town.

I believe that he Michelle and the girls aren’t moving back there either.

His former chief of staff is pretty much incompetent and unable to recognize the drug problem that is driving the gang violence in Chicago.

Actually, Obama is still a relatively young man and should structure the rest of his life to call attention to the main issues of his presidency such as urban violence, social justice, and even climate change. Correct me if I’m wrong, but presidential libraries are rather for vanity than useful purposes. I would be very disappointed in Obama if he doesn’t work toward useful goals rather than merely toward political fund-raising and other speech-making. Especially if he reaped personal profits from it. That will be the true test of his sincerity after leaving office.

Climate change affects EVERYONE – not just the people of one area of one big city.

This is true, Obama could not convince the do-nothing congress to pass a law to stop the gun violence brought forth because of deregulation of gun-laws. I’m sure the violence will stop as soon as Trump takes office.

Dylan Roof is tired of hearing testimony from the family of the Black people he executed in a Church. Toddlers have shot at least one person a week over the last two years. Guns have been trucked into Chicago on pallets and left in the open for free distribution. Chicago is an experiment, and not worthy of an example.
