Oh I’ve seen this before, especially when someone finds that a store gave them a 20 back that was counterfeit. Rather than take the loss it gets paid forward a lot, until the secret service finally arrests the last person to use it.
That bike is too big for the child. The dad should have stolen a smaller one.
