I had a motorcycle years back and went thru a neighborhood with many dogs who were not leashed, it was scary as packs of dogs started chasing me on street after street.
I’d kick the dogs to get them away, however that costume is likely a bad idea anywhere, no arm movement…he’d have to take it off to even get in a car, walking sideways through doors and trying to sit on a chair would all be difficult.
