I have the time, the inspiration, the motivation, the desire... I have the walking buddies...The one and only thing standing in my way is the fact that if I go for a walk today I'll have to admit how easy it would have been to go for a walk every day for the last 20 years...AACK!! If only she could do that with food, and at the mall with all those clothes that will never, ever fit her.

But her reasoning is wrong. If it were that easy, all those other times, then she would have just done it! Instead, she should give herself credit for finally getting to do it (that’s if she does do it), and work on being able to do it next time too.
