I remember a company that didn’t give “atta boy”s or “atta girl”s or pats on the back; which today would be considered a sexual offense..No, this company gave out "WOW"s. It was supposed to refer to “What Outstanding Work”; but most employee’s really understood it to mean, “With Out Wages”…
