Um… can we get back to the topic at hand? There are people over there suffering. They need our help.
My church’s missionary team has been there since December. Fortunately, all are present and accounted for. Pray that they will be able to help. They’re in a remote village and most roads back to civilization were seriously damaged, so it’s going to take a while to get anywhere.
Be praying for these people. Donate blood. (And watch out for “Help Haiti” scams that have erupted online. Only donate to trusted sources.)
To olfart.. Roger is pretty much right about Bullwinkle.. Senor is an extremist hate spewing liberal who fails to ever consider the rhetoric he espouses.. As the saying goes if you don’t want to be labeled as a crook then don’t steal.. Same thing can be said for haters..
Regardless of what you think of senorbullwinkle, folks, there is simply no way that his post on this page can be understood as hateful, biased, or political.
The folks here who insisted on dragging politics into this comment thread were Roger, ANandy, and WestTex13.
Don’t get angry with me about it. I’m just pointing out the actual facts.

As for your link- the words of Elton are quite good, and I do prefer the sanity of “the wild outdoors”, especially considering some of your detractors- thanks for your thoughtfulness- from one weary warrior.
